This Privacy Policy is an electronic record generated by a computer system and hence does not require any physical or digital signatures.  Also, this document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules 2011, which mandates for publishing of rules and regulations, privacy policy and terms of use for access or usage of the Website.

For the purpose of this policy 

“Trigyn“/ “we”/ “us”/ “our” shall mean Trigyn Technologies Limited (CIN L72200MH1986PLC039341), having its registered office at 27, SDF – 1, SEEPZ-SEZ, Andheri (East) Mumbai 400 096 and or its Affiliates, service providers, successors and assigns, wherever the context applies. 

“You”/ “User” shall mean the user accessing the learning management system, its contents and or using the Services offered through the system. 

“Device” is any computer used to access the “Site”, including without limitation a desktop, laptop, mobile phone, tablet, or other consumer electronic device. 

“Site” includes the Trigyn web site and SaaS service but does not include any other own or third party products or services for which a separate privacy policy is provided.

Policy Application  

This Privacy Policy applies to the information that we obtain through your use of “Site” via a “Device” or when you otherwise interact with the system.  You should always review the policies of third-party products and services to make sure you are comfortable with the ways in which they collect and use your information. 

Registration  

By registering for or using Learning Management System Services and accepting the Terms of Service you consent to the collection, transfer, processing, storage, disclosure and other uses described in this Privacy Policy. 

Your Courses  

For the courses you have enrolled along with the completion progress, time spent in each of the course, assessment and assignment scores, certificates, etc are some of the details that we capture as part of your Learning and Academic details. It is basically the information which helps course admin to determine how well you are performing in the course. 

Activity Logs 

Your activity logs are is collected by the system for audit purpose.  All of your activities are monitored by the system. Any major actions that you perform on the system are tracked, for example, if you visit any course/community, create a post, comment on a post, or complete a course. All actions are tracked along with your IP and browser details.  

Your Profile 

Your profile attributes are captured by the system to uniquely identify you, like Name, email, Roll Number etc is captured as personal information and other details which help course administrator to analyse your learning initiatives.   

Intellectual Property 

All intellectual property rights in this web site, design, text, graphics, applications, software, underlying source code and all other aspects belong to us and or our Affiliates. 

Information Security 

We are committed to safeguard the security and confidentiality of any information you provide to us. We understand that you accept the inherent security implications of providing information over the internet or world wide web and will not hold us responsible for any breach of security or disclosure of personal information. If you become aware of any violation of the security of data or the Agreement, please contact us immediately. 

Termination or suspension of your access 

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to all or any part of the site at any time, if you breach this Terms and Conditions of the policy, in our reasonable opinion or at our discretion for any reasons as we may think deem fit. 

Governing Law and Jurisdiction 

If a dispute arises regarding these terms of use, the laws of the Republic of India will apply and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, India.
